We offer $10 standard delivery anywhere in Australia.
In general, deliveries in Melbourne arrive next day and deliveries to nearby cities are within 2-3 working days. Please note, these time frames are just an estimate and they can vary. All other delivery locations are between 2-7 days depending on location.
Carbon Neutral Delivery
We proudly only use a shipping partner that provides carbon neutral deliveries. Our shipping partner Sendle calculates the highest amount of carbon that could be generated in your delivery and in turn generates a carbon yield number. Using that number, they use each parcel contribution to fund sustainable projects via the South Pole.

Can I track my order?
Yes, when your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking details.
Can I amend or cancel my order after it has been processed?
If your order has not been shipped, we can amend or cancel your order for you. Please just email us as soon as possible at info@vkbrows.com.au. If it has been shipped please refer to our Product Refund Policy page for more information.
